In Summary

Rushton hall is a five star luxury spa hotel situated in Northamptonshire Greenguru were contracted to install a biomass system to the hotel in place of the Inefficient existing oil heating system.

The hotel constructed a purpose made plant room and wood chip store, to which Greenguru Installed 2x350 Catfire wood chip boilers with 10 litres of buffer vessel and all ancillaries.

We then fit out the chip store with a fully  automated feed unit to each boiler.
Over two hundred metres of underground insulated pipe was installed to allow the boilers to carry heat to the main hotel, spa area and offices.

Plate heat exchangers and ancillaries were installed in the existing plant rooms were connections would be integrated with the existing system.

The result was an efficient heating system, giving a cheaper fuel source to the hotel with the added benefit of the RHI incentive for a 20 year period.
